Make space to ground in stillness, reconnect with your body, and center your energy at this chill community yoga class. I hope you’ll join me at my home healing studio for an intentional hour of yin yoga. Yin yoga is a practice centered on relative stillness, focused on stretching and restoration. Poses are held for 3-10 minutes with the intention to target deep connective tissues to ease the body and calm the nervous system.
Class is Friday, August 14th from 7-8pm. It’s held at Blue Dill’s Home Healing Studio on the eastside of Cincinnati, in the Village of Fairfax. The price is $5 and space is limited, so please sign up in advance so that I can plan for you. Once you register, you’ll receive more details, including address, parking options, and other information. There is a private bathroom, purified water, free parking, and some yoga supplies available.
Ground, balance, and restore during this herbal tea workshop focused on easing stress, overwhelm, and anxiety. The hustle and bustle of modern life can leave us scattered and burnt out, but with herbal tea by your side you can sip stillness throughout the appointments, playdates, and work schedules. Together we’ll learn about adaptogens, like ashwagandha, tulsi, and astragalus, that steadily support us in times of stress. We’ll learn as a group, cultivate community wellness, and you’ll get to make your own tea blends to take home.
