Herbal Reiki: A Whole Health Session

Mimosa and rose quartz to support the heart, lemon balm to ease the nervous system, tulsi holy basil to wash away stress and anxiety, and complete chakra energy alignment are just some of the threads that create the spool of balanced health during a session with me.

Herbal medicine and Reiki energy healing are the foundations of wellness support I provide to my clients and the community. I weave herbal consultation, botanical intuition, plant remedies, and Reiki into an integrated health offering. During a private, one-hour session with me, you’ll connect with herbal medicine, plant spirit allies, and heal your energy field all in a calm, safe space.

We’ll begin our session with an herbal medicine consultation, where we’ll sit together and you’ll tell me about yourself and your journey. I’ll also have you complete a short health assessment form (only during your first session), which will assist me in formulating your individualized herbal medicine recommendations and product. Then, I’ll facilitate hands-on Reiki energy healing to clear your aura, balance your chakras, remove stagnant energy blockages, and more. And to finish our time together, we’ll reflect on the session, talk about potential next steps, and you’ll leave with one of my hand-blended herbal products.

These sessions are an hour long and are in-person at my home healing studio on the eastside of Cincinnati, Ohio or they can be virtual via Google Meet. A session is $99 and is due by the time of the appointment. I currently accept Venmo, Zelle, or cash.
