Join me for a community-centered herbal class exploring Elderberry and its role in traditional herbal medicine. Together, we’ll learn the medicinal offerings of elderberry, hear plant spirit folklore, and connect with elderberry through shared knowledge, discussion, and hands-on learning.
This class is an opportunity to learn from one another, while also building confidence and connection around herbal medicine under the guidance of Sarah, a Community Herbal Teacher and Practitioner. Please bring your questions, as well as a notebook with something to write with.
