Each 1:1 session has a physical and virtual option. If in-person, I hold each session in my home healing studio in the Village of Fairfax in Cincinnati, Ohio.
$150- 1 & ½ hours

1:1 Flower Session
Your Flower session is one and a half hours. It's private and in a clean, quiet space: my home healing studio in Cincinnati, Ohio. Soft, instrumental music will fill the space, alongside gemstones, and a few plant allies. Our time together is typically broken up into three parts.
We begin each session with an energy assessment and herbal medicine consultation. We'll sit together with a drink and talk about your journey and what particular areas of your life need attention. From this, we will formulate herbal medicine recommendations tailored just for you.

Next, we'll move to a massage table dressed with a pillow and blankets. After you're comfortable, I'll begin hands-on Reiki energy healing, focusing on the specific areas of your body and aura that we discussed during your energy assessment.
Then, to finish our time together, we’ll reflect on your session, talk about potential next steps, I'll provide you with a list of herbs that are best for you, and, if you choose, you can purchase a Blue Dill small batch, hand-blended herbal product to take home with you.

Terms & Conditions
ENERGY HEALING
• Reiki (Non-Medical Disclaimer): Reiki Energy Healing is a gentle, non-invasive, holistic, energy-based technique intended to promote relaxation, stress reduction, and the body’s natural healing response. Reiki is not a substitute for medical diagnosis, psychiatric care, pharmaceutical treatment, or formal psychotherapy.
• Informed Consent: Each session (Root, Sprout, or Flower) involves light touch on or hovering above specific parts of the body and by scheduling and attending a session you formally acknowledge that you consent to the touch/energy transfer voluntarily.
• Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver: Every person is unique, so please keep in mind that Individual results and experiences vary. Every client must fill in and sign our Blue Dill Intake Form and Waiver, and clearly understand the intended parameters and physical, emotional, or spiritual outcomes during or after a session. If you do not understand any part of the services provided or the terms and conditions as provided here, please ask during a scheduled session or feel free to Contact Us.
• Client Health Disclosures: Each individual client is responsible to disclose existing medical conditions, mental health diagnoses, recent surgeries, or pregnancy prior to the session, along with the right of the practitioner to modify or terminate a session if necessary.
• Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: We ask for 24 hours notice before cancellation. Please inform us if arriving late, whenever possible, and please keep in mind late arrivals still end at the scheduled time. No-shows to a session without notice unless in the case of emergency or inability to communicate will be charged in full for the session scheduled. There are no late-cancelation fees, we understand that life happens, but please let us know as soon as possible so we can fill in the scheduled time.
• Payment Terms and Refunds: Our current accepted payment methods are: Zelle, Square, and Venmo. Cash is accepted only for in-person sessions. Payment is due at the time of the session. Any changes to our payment structure will be made known through email the month the changes are implemented. Any promotions will have expiration dates clearly listed on all marketing material. Refunds will be determined on a per client basis.
• Confidentiality and Privacy: We are committed to keeping client intake info, session details, and personal conversations confidential and not shared without written consent, except in the legal exception of immediate threat of harm to self or others.
• Right to Terminate a Session: We reserve the right for either the practitioner or the client to stop a session at any time if boundaries are crossed or discomfort occurs.
• In-Person vs. Distance Reiki Terms: We do offer a remote or distance Reiki version for each of our healing sessions. Virtual/Distance Reiki sessions carry the same disclaimer and terms as all of our in-person sessions.
HERBAL MEDICINE
*Personalized herbal products are based on availability and current seasonal stock. Based on your consultation, there may be a need to fulfill your product from another herb distributor and have your produced shipped to you or picked up at a later date. You will leave with a recipe, ingredient list and proportions, as well as instructions for proper use.
• Health Disclaimer: All Blue Dill content, products, or consultations do not constitute medical advice. Any beneficial or claims of healing must be viewed under the understanding that these statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Blue Dill Herbal products, herbal medicine classes, literature, and any information obtained from consultations are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult with a qualified healthcare provider before use.
• Not a Substitute for Medical Care: Herbalists or Herbal Medicine practitioners, whether certified or not, do not provide licensed medical diagnoses, treatments, or prescriptions. Clients should not stop prescribed medications without first consulting their physician.
• Client Responsibility & Contraindications: Clients are responsible for disclosing their full medical history, current prescription medications, allergies, pregnancy, or nursing status, as herbs can carry interactions or contraindications.
• Consultation Scope and Services: We offer one-on-one herbal consultations and herbal products. We ask for 24 hours notice before cancellation. No-shows to a session without notice unless in the case of emergency or inability to communicate will be charged in full for the session scheduled. Same-day rescheduling is evaluated on availability and per client basis.
• Product Sales, Shipping, and Returns: Our current accepted payment methods are: Zelle, Square, and Venmo. Cash is accepted only for in-person sessions. Payment is due at the time of purchase online or in-person. Any changes to our payment structure will be made known through email the month the changes are implemented. Any promotions will have expiration dates clearly listed on all marketing material. We ship within the continental United States, shipping fees are listed with handling fees, and our herbal remedies and custom formulas are eligible for returns or refunds on a per client basis.
• Limitation of Liability: Please complete our Blue Dill Intake Form and Waiver in full. All clients, please be aware that relying on the information, content, or herbal products on this site, as well as those delivered verbally or in writing, do so entirely by choice and at their own risk
• Intellectual Property Rights: All original course materials, blog posts, branded and individually crafted or special order herbal blends, guides, and website text is copyright Blue Dill, LLC.
• Governing Law and Dispute Resolution: Any and all claims and disputes arising under or relating to this agreement as set forth in our Blue Dill Intake and Waiver form and these Terms and Conditions are to be settled by binding arbitration in the state of Ohio or another location mutually agreeable to the parties. An award of arbitration may be confirmed in a court of competent jurisdiction.
• Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to update or modify the terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of the Blue Dill site and/or services implies acceptance of the updated terms and conditions.
