Rooted in Seasonal Herbal Medicine

A community-centric herbal learning workshop at Flourish Ayurveda

Saturday, Nov. 14, 10a - 11:30am

Join Sarah for a community-centric herbal learning workshop that bridges ancient plant wisdom with modern, practical self-care. Together, we'll learn about herbs to support us along the late autumn, early winter path. This sensory experience guides you through an educational herbal lens, allowing you see, touch, and taste a variety of dried roots, leaves, and flowers. Sarah will bring the apothecary to you, as you immerse in group exploration of plant remedies. You'll also have the opportunity to make an herbal remedy of your own to take home. Aligning with the rhythms of nature through the support of herbal medicine can cultivate balance in body and mind. Plant medicine has transcended time and various cultures to bring health, healing, and harmony to our daily lives, rooting us in the waves of earth's medicine.

“This herbal pop-up was SO much fun! It was informative, hands-on, and honestly just a beautiful reminder of the magic that happens when people gather simply to learn, connect, and share space together.

And, I think that’s what I loved most; it wasn’t about making everything productive or turning it into the next thing. It was just about community, curiosity, and enjoying the moment.” (The Steeped in Stillness Herbal Workshop at Race Street Collective)

- Liz Duhaime, of Root & Resin Apothecary

“I feel so blessed to have a teacher like you around me, Sarah! Your wise words and peaceful spirit are so felt.”
